Terms of Service

1. General provisions and definitions

1.1 Mossso is a company registered under the laws of Angola, with its registered address at Rua 15, Nova Vida, Angola.

1.2 The Services are offered to natural persons aged 18 or over, acting as consumers. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.3 The Services consist of an AI-assisted personal style assistant that generates colour palettes, style reports, outfit suggestions and virtual try-on visualisations (“Generated Content”) based on the information you provide.

1.4 Generated Content is informational and stylistic guidance only. It is not professional advice of any kind, and results depend on the accuracy of the information you supply.

2. Account

2.1 Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2.2 We may suspend or close accounts that breach this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Subscriptions and payment

3.1 Paid features are provided under a subscription. Prices, billing periods and any introductory offer are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

3.2 Unless you cancel before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length at the regular price shown at checkout. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method accordingly.

3.3 You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing kibisno.ao@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the Subscription & Refund Policy.

3.4 Prices may change. We will notify you in advance of any change that affects your renewal price.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 The Website, applications, design, text, images and software are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

4.2 Generated Content is provided for your personal use. You may not resell it or present it as your own professional service.

4.3 You retain rights in the photos and information you upload and grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the Services.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 Use of the Services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 The Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6.2 Virtual try-on images are approximations and may differ from how garments look in reality.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on Generated Content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

7.2 Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Termination

8.1 You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may terminate this Agreement with notice if you breach it or if we discontinue the Services; in the latter case, unused prepaid periods will be refunded pro rata.

9. Governing law and disputes

9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Angola, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

9.2 Please contact kibisno.ao@gmail.com first with any complaint; we aim to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes

10.1 We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
