Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“the Use Policy”) sets out the rules that apply to your use of the Services provided by Mossso, as defined in the Terms of Service. It forms part of that Agreement.

1. Permitted use

1.1 The Services are for your personal, non-commercial use to receive style guidance, outfit suggestions and related content.

1.2 You may share Generated Content with friends and family for personal purposes, provided you do not remove any branding or present it as professional advice.

2. Prohibited conduct

2.1 You must not upload photos of any person other than yourself without their consent, or any photo of a minor.

2.2 You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of others.

2.3 You must not attempt to access other users’ accounts, probe or test the security of the Services, scrape or bulk-download content, or interfere with the operation of the Website or applications.

2.4 You must not use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Services, or resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of them.

2.5 You must not reverse-engineer the Services or use them to build a competing product.

3. Photo uploads

3.1 Photos should be a solo, close-up portrait of yourself without sunglasses or heavy accessories, so that the analysis is accurate. Photos are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Enforcement

4.1 We may remove content, restrict features or suspend or close accounts that breach this Use Policy, with or without notice depending on the seriousness of the breach.

4.2 Where required, we may report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting

5.1 If you become aware of a breach of this Use Policy, please report it to kibisno.ao@gmail.com.
