1. Who we are

1.1 Mossso is a company registered under the laws of Angola, with its registered address at Rua 15, Nova Vida, Angola. The Company is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy.

1.2 You can contact us about anything in this Policy, including to exercise your rights, at kibisno.ao@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

2.1 Quiz answers. When you take the style quiz we collect the answers you give, such as your age range, eye, hair and skin tone, body shape, height and weight, lifestyle, shopping habits and style preferences.

2.2 Photos. If you choose to upload a photo for colour analysis, we process that image to derive style attributes. The original image is deleted after processing and we retain only non-identifying attributes, unless you save it to your account.

2.3 Account and contact data. Your email address, name (if provided), password hash, subscription status and communication preferences.

2.4 Payment data. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card and the billing country; we do not store full card numbers.

2.5 Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring pages and interaction events, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your data

3.1 To provide the Services: generating your style report, outfit recommendations and virtual try-on features, and operating your account.

3.2 To process payments, manage subscriptions and send transactional messages such as receipts and renewal notices.

3.3 To communicate with you, including marketing emails where you have consented or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

3.4 To improve the Services, including analytics, testing new features and measuring the performance of our marketing.

3.5 To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal bases

4.1 Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Services you sign up for); your consent (marketing, photo processing, non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement); and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

4.2 You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Sharing your data

5.1 We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf: hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools and payment processors. They are bound by contracts limiting their use of the data.

5.2 We may share data with authorities where required by law, and with a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5.3 We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

6.1 Our providers may be located outside your country. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities.

7. Retention

7.1 We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle queries and comply with legal obligations. Quiz answers linked to a deleted account are anonymised. Payment records are retained for the period required by tax law in Angola.

8. Your rights

8.1 Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8.2 To exercise any of these rights, email kibisno.ao@gmail.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, normally within 30 days.

9. Cookies

9.1 We use essential cookies to run the Website and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings.

10. Children

10.1 The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

11.1 We may update this Policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Website or by email.
